Former Disney Channel star Lee Thompson Young was found dead in his home on Monday, in what appears to be a possible suicide.
The 29-year-old TV actor was found dead with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, a source told TMZ. Young’s body was discovered by his landlord in his Los Angeles home. The landlord went to check up on Young’s home after the actor failed to show up on set for Rizzoli & Isles Monday morning.
Young was best known for his work on Disney Channel’s The Famous Jett Jackson where he played the title character for several seasons and it was his first starring role, the Friday Night Lights movie and he has been currently playing Detective Barry Frost on TNT’s show Rizzoli & Isles, reports USA Today.
