Disney Channel’s Teen Beach Movie has earned the second place spot for most watched tv movie with 13.5 million views.
Teen Beach Movie has more views than any tv movie besides High School Musical 2, another Disney Channel creation, according to The Wrap.

Teen Beach Movie premiered on July 19. The plot centers on a group of teenagers who are drawn into a 60s beach musical. It stars Ross Lynch and Maia Mitchell.
