Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden returned home with his family, including his father Vice President Joe Biden, last Thursday after having medical tests done at a cancer center in Houston, Texas.
On Aug. 1, Biden, 44, became weak and disoriented while on vacation in Indiana, prompting his family to make an emergency call. The week before that, he had another episode in his Delaware home that was a possible stroke. Biden suffered from a minor stroke in 2010.
According to NY Daily News, Biden was taken to the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center last week to get medical testing done. He has a mass in his brain and doctors needed to see if it was cancerous.
On Thursday, Beau Biden tweeted "On our way home! Can't wait to get back. Thank you, Houston," Huffington Post reports.
Vice President Joe Biden spent the week in Houston by his son’s side as he was undergoing medical procedures, but joined President Obama Friday in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
A spokesman for the Delaware Department of Justice would not release any information on Biden’s medical condition.
