The Bloodhound Gang, an American rock group, is in serious trouble with Russian authorities after a member of the band stuffed a Russian flag down his pants and pulled it out of his backside. His stunt went viral and their next show - scheduled for Russia, of course - was cancelled.

In a video of the stunt, bassist Jared Hasselhoff is seen holding the Russian flag at their Odessa, Ukraine show on Wednesday. He stuffs the flag in his pants and pulls it out from the other side. Then, he throws the flag into the crowd.

Needless to say, it wasn’t too long before Russian authorities heard about it and the video was broadcast on Russian TV, reports CNN. So, their scheduled performance at the Kubana music festival in Russia was cancelled, Russian Culture Minister Vladimir Medinsky confirmed with a Tweet Friday. “Talked to Krasnodar territory leadership. Bloodhound Gang packing suitcases. These idiots won't perform in Kubana,” he said.

That wasn’t the end of the band’s problems though, since they still drove to the venue. According to The NY Times, Russians egged their van as it left a town near the venue. When they arrived at the airport, a group of Cossacks attacked the band before police stopped them. They left Russia on Sunday.

The bloodhound Gang is known for satirical songs and albums, plus the 1999 hit “The Bad Touch.”
