Chris Brown has cancelled four performances in Canada just days after a judge reinstated his probation and ordered him to 1,000 more community service hours.

The “Fine China” singer received these new legal issues because of his June hit and run, during which he swapped the wrong information with the other driver.

Concert promoter Stephen Tobin, who is the owner of Drop Entertainment Group, said of Brown pulling out of headlining Energy Rush Festival, "in light of the performer's recent personal and health-related issues, a decision has been made to cancel all four scheduled performances."

Tobin added, “In the absence of a festival headliner, we cannot proceed. We will start planning immediately for next year's events and the Energy/Summer Rush series will be back in 2014, bigger and better than ever,” E! Online reports.

Brown’s rep also said, "Chris appreciates the support of his many thousands of fans north of the border. He is going to use this time to focus on himself and on the release of his upcoming album. Chris looks forward to performing in Canada very soon."

Not only is Brown facing legal issues, he’s also facing some health issues as well. Just 10 days ago, he suffered a seizure while at a Los Angeles recording studio.

His rep later attributed the seizure to “intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress” due to “continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the nonstop negativity.
