Disney has announced on Friday who will be the voices of Dory’s parents for the Finding Nemo sequel.
During the three-day D23 Expo in Anaheim, Disney announced that Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy will play Dory’s parents, according to the Hollywood Reporter. In addition, Ty Burrell, from Modern Family, will lend his voice as a whale named Bailey.
The plot for the sequel is set one year later after the first movie, and Dory is in search for her parents. It will be released in theaters in November 2015.
Executives have announced that they are planning to edit the ending of Finding Dory after watching the documentary Blackfish. According to the LA Times, the documentary looks at the 2010 death of SeaWorld trainer Dawn Brancheau after being drowned by a killer whale during a show.
The Associated Press reports, during the D23 Expo, Disney announced the names of other several movies already in production, including Good Dinosaur and Inside Out. Several actors involved in the projects were present at the presentation including Bill Hader, Tom Hiddleston, and Christina Hendricks.
