Bill Shine, Executive Vice President of Programming for FOX News, has announced that Elisabeth Hasselbeck will make her debut on Fox & Friends on Sept. 16.
She will appear alongside veterans Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade, who have been on the show together since 1998.
Last month, Hasselbeck announced on The View that she would be leaving the ABC show for Fox after 10 years on the program.
She said in a statement at the time, “I have been a long-time fan of Fox & Friend and am excited to be joining their team in September as it is an honor to call the Fox News Channel my new television home."
Fox News Channel President Roger Ailes also said at the time, “Elisabeth's warm and engaging personality made her a star on The View. She has proven to be an excellent conversationalist and I am certain she will make a great addition to our already successful morning franchise."
