My kids are are excited about toothcare and are really loving their new FireFly Toothbrushes and Foam Toothpaste. We were sent an awesome package with Ready Go Brushes and Fluoride Foam Toothpaste in an array of characters and styles.

The Ready Go Brush is fun while motivating our children by "timing" them to make certain they brush the recommended 60 seconds per arch. These cute brushes light up in traffic light style; green for "GO," yellow for "HALFWAY THERE" and red for "FINISHED." During the first 30 seconds, the light will flash green, then changes to yellow to signal brushing is half over and finally to red, which indicates they can stop brushing. You then repeat the cycle for the second row of teeth. The brush also features a convenient suction cup on the bottom which allows it to be stored upright. As a germ-phobic mommy, this is a perfect way to ensure the brush does not come into contact with other toothbrushes and germs on our bathroom counters.

The Ready Go Brush also features Dupont Tynex bristles that will be delicate on our kiddies' soft gums while providing the high quality brush capability we absolutely need. I have one enthusiastic brusher and one not so enthusiastic. They both put the brushes to the test (one Angry Bird and one Barbie) and I must say I was impressed. They both saw it as sort of a game to the finish and gave me no trouble at all "playing the game" again in the evening.

Now onto the Firefly Foam toothpaste. We had the pleasure of trying out butterfly flavored paste with Angry Birds and Barbie featured on the design. This fantastic toothpaste gets squirted directly into your child's mouth instead of on the toothbrush. It flushes out bacteria and aids in the hard to reach places. My kids loved the concept of squirting direct into their mouths and really loved the bubble gum flavor. As a busy mom on the go, I really appreciate not having the messy spills and clogged toothpaste caps that come with putting the paste directly on the brush.
