John Mayer and girlfriend Katy Perry’s duet “Who You Love” has been released, which will appear on Mayer’s new album Paradise Valley. Perry debuted it on SiriusXM’s Morning Mash Up on Monday.

She talked about a giggle she let out at the end of the song, telling host Nicole Biggin "I think that's just a love giggle. It's like the ones that Mariah Carey had in 1990 and stuff like that . . . Yeah I think I was going for that, I think I was just so happy, I love that song . . ."

She added, “It's very humanizing. It's like the real moment, you're catching the real moment there,” Us Weekly reports.

Perry told Vogue that despite a quick break-up, “I was madly in love with him. I still am madly in love with him. All I can say about that relationship is that he's got a beautiful mind. Beautiful mind, tortured soul.”

Last month, Mayer dedicated a song to Perry, who he reconciled with in June, telling the crowd when he was recovering from vocal chord surgery, "She was so patient. [She took the time] to continue to get to know me and love me."

Mayer’s sixth studio album will hit shelves on Aug. 20.
