John Mayer’s newest album, Paradise Valley, will feature the likes of the heartthrobs on and off girlfriend Katy Perry as well as Grammy award winner Frank Ocean.
Rolling Stone reports that Perry appears on the track “Who You Love,” while Ocean appears on the track ”Wildfire.”
Mayer previously dished on his collaboration with Ocean saying, "I love Frank [Ocean]'s stuff. Frank is such an interesting, deep, touched, wonderful guy. They don't make a lot of other Frank Oceans, and the guy is looking for another.”
Broadway World notes that Mayer previously acknowledged his work with Perry during a performance in July. This is Mayer first album after his lengthy battle with http://thecelebritycafe.com/feature/2012/03/john-mayer-cancels-his-tour-granuloma-back>granuloma. “She was so patient" he explained noting that she took the time "to continue to get to know me and love me."
Paradise Valley will hit the shelves August 20.
Perry has kept herself quite busy, not only has she lent her voice to Mayer’s album, she is also prepping to release her upcoming album Prism is set for release October 22.
