Kellogg’s has come out with another flavor! They call it a chip while they’re still calling them a cracker, but who cares? So, you can have a “pick-me-up” in the afternoon and it won’t ruin your diet. Honey Barbecue is the flavor and I think it’s just as good, if not better than (yes, I’m going to say it) Barbecue Pringles. I’m not talking the light either, the regular barbecue Pringles.

These snacks are so good; you will even forget that they’re low calorie! If you enjoy barbecue flavor, you will love these. I mean, what’s not to like about a delicious snack that is virtually guilt free? They only have 110 calories a serving! The great part about that is a serving size is 27 chips. Compare that to a few potato chips or cookies and there is no doubt you’re getting the most for your “calorie buck” here. You won’t feel cheated at all when you count those 27 chips out on a plate and think, “Wow, I get to eat all these and stay on track!” They also have no cholesterol, trans fat or saturated fat. Add to that 3 grams of fiber and only 200 mg sodium and you’ve got a great little snack.

I’m sure you could pair these with cheese or dips if you so desired, but I like them all by themselves. I just found the perfect snack to take to work while I’m still working on those last six pounds that stubbornly hang on.
