According to LA Times, the photog who fell victim to West’s temper plans on hiring notorious lawyer Gloria Allred. Allred is expected to make an announcement regarding the lawsuit sometime in Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.

LA Times notes that the photographer suffered a contusion to his head in addition to minor injuries, but the case was previously thrown out by the D.A. threw out felony assault charges saying the that the victim did not sustain significant injuries. Additionally, the photographers video camera was not booked into evidence and therefore “it is unknown whether it was damaged, therefore vandalism charges were not considered."
