Miley Cyrus and Kanye West skipped the VMAs after party to hit the recording studio together.
The recording session was impromptu according to US Magazine. “He was in a creative mood. You know ‘Ye: He does everything last minute and just decided to capture their energy and record right after the show. They decided that night,” said a source.
Cyrus and West worked on a remix of his song “Black Skinhead” along with some other tracks. The remix of “Black Skinhead” will be released in West’s EP later in the year, according to Just Jared.
Cyrus and West both performed at the VMAs earlier that night. Cyrus’s raunchy, twerking rendition of “We Can’t Stop” and her duet with Robin Thicke for “Blurred Lines” have made headlines due to her vulgarity. West’s performance, during which he sang “Blood on the Leaves,” was less memorable.
It will be interesting to see how 20-year-old Cyrus and 36-year-old new dad West will sound on a track together.
