N'Sync is following in the Backstreet Boys' reunion footsteps as they prepare to reunite for a performance at the MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday.
The whole group will be there – Justin Timberlake, J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick.
The reunion performance will celebrate Timberlake's prestigious acceptance of the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award, according to Rolling Stone. In fact, most of the night will be about Timberlake, as he is tied with Macklemore and Ryan Lewis for the most award nominations (six).
This will be one of the first performances from the whole group since they broke up in 2002, reports Billboard.
But also according to Billboard, this won't be the first reunion of the group as of late. J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick were all seen in the VIP section to see Tiberlake's show with Jay Z last Friday.
Other performers for the night include Kanye West, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Robin Thicke. The VMAs will air live on Sunday from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
