One Direction is already looking forward to their next album, promising that this one will be “quite retro.”
According to MTV, the follow up to One Directions second album, Take Me Home is expected to hit the shelves near the holiday’s. Liam Payne informed reporters that this album will have much more of a rock influence.
[It's a] very rock direction," Payne explained. "We actually spent a lot of time writing this album. We're very proud of it, so we can't wait for it to come out.
"It's very live sounding, very rock-y," he continued saying that fans can expect this album to feel "quite retro." "But it's very different so we are hoping people will kind of adjust to the music with us."
Currently the British boy band is promoting their documentary, This is Us which officially opens in the United States Friday night. The boys also took home a Moonman for “Best Summer Song” for their latest hit, “Best Song Ever.”
