Three people in two states bought the winning tickets for last night’s $448 million Powerball jackpot, according to officials on Thursday morning.
The Powerball jackpot stood at $425 million Wednesday morning, but grew to $448 million by the time of the drawing. The winning numbers were 5, 25, 30, 58, 59 and Powerball 32.
According to The Associated Press, one of the New Jersey winners bought his or her ticket at the Super Stop & Shop in South Brunswick. Judith Drucker, a spokeswoman for the New Jersey Lottery, confirmed that the other ticket was sold at the Acme Markets store in Little Egg Harbor.
Minnesota Lottery spokeswoman Debbie Hoffmann said that the ticket in her state was sold in Anoka County, north of St. Louis and Minneapolis.
As Reuters notes, the winners have yet to step forward. They have a year to do so.
The jackpot does fall short of the all-time Powerball record, set by the $590.5 million jackpot in May. A Florida woman won and took the lump sum of $371 million.
The odds of winning are one in 175 million. The game is played in 43 states, Washington DC and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Powerball’s jackpot now stands at $40 million.
