Sylvester Stallone’s next edition of the action star get-together series Expendables will be without Bruce Willis. However, he’s gained Harrison Ford to take his place.

Stallone confirmed the news himself with a tweet this afternoon, writing, “WILLIS OUT... HARRISON FORD IN !!!! GREAT NEWS !!!!! Been waiting years for this!!!!”

Expendables 3 is being produced by Nu Image and Millenium Films, with Lionsgate distributing. The film is scheduled for Aug. 15, 2014. Stallone is back as co-writer and playing Barney Ross. Other cast members include Jason Statham, Jackie Chan, Milla Jovovich, Mickey Rourke, Wesley Snipes, Jet Li and, of course, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The series has been a success so far, with the original 2010 film grossing $275 million worldwide, notes Variety. The 2012 sequel made $300 million worldwide. Both films were released in mid-August.

Australian director Patrick Hughes has been recruited to helm the third film. Stallone directed the first and picked simon West to do the second. Hughes only previous feature experience is 2010’s Red Hill.

Before Expendables 3 hits theaters, Ford will be seen in Ender’s Game in November and Paranoia later this month.
