Emily Ratajkowski, one of the models seen dancing with Robin Thicke, Pharrell Williams and T.I. in the “Blurred Lines” video, is making the jump to movies. The model will appear in Gone Girl, the new film from David Fincher and starring Ben Affleck.

According to The Wrap, Ratajkowski will star as Andie, a college girl Affleck’s character, Nick, has an affair with. But she turns around and supports his wife’s parents to link him to her disappearance. Nick’s wife, Amy, is played by Jack Reacher’s Rosamund Pike.

Ratajkowski joins an already eclectic supporting cast that includes Tyler Perry as Nick’s defense attorney and Neil Patrick Harris. Carrie Coon plays Nick’s twin sister, while Kim Dickens and Patrick Fugit are the detectives on Nick’s case.

Gone Girl is based on the novel by Gillian Flynn and will be produced by 20th Century Fox and New Regency. Reese Witherspoon and Bruna Papandrea are co-producing under their Pacific Standard banner, along with Leslie Dixon.

Filming will start this fall and it will be Fincher’s first film since The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.

Ratajkowski does have some acting experience, having appeared on New Girl and iCarly. She’s been modeling since age 14 and did go nude for the unrated “Blurred Lines” video.
