Girl talk has joined the generation and become virtual.
It’s an app called Lulu. A girls-only smart phone application and website that allows them to rate boys online, anonymously.

It allows girls to rate guys by answering a variety of questions and choosing words that best describe him. It is an anonymous platform, although users can select if they are friends, have a crush on, hook up with or used to date the guy being rated. Lulu then generates a rating of sexual and romantic value, which is displayed on the guy’s picture.

Ratings are 1 -10.
Boy’s profiles show how many girls have viewed him, added him to their favorites and most importantly his relationship status.

There is also a very creative section called “Girls Who Know Him Say…” and lists good and bad qualities in hashtag format.

Examples of “good” hashtags are: #MakesMeLaugh, #TallDarkHandsome, #AlwaysPays. Some of the bad ones include : #TrustFundBaby, #FartMachine, #ManChild, #QuestionableSearchHistory and #TotalF***ingDickhead.

They get pretty interesting. The app now has over 1 million users… all girls.

Co-Founder and CEO Alexandra Chong told The Daily Beast that her mission was to “tap into the power of girl talk” to overall help girls make smarter decisions.

And while the app may come off as helpful and hilarious to girls, the creators say their intention was to make it more of a positive thing rather than negative. They provide choices from a list rather than allowing users to write in their own comments to keep it from becoming trash talk.

It’s officially true, you can do everything online.

“People who don’t understand how Lulu works may say [it’s sexist]. But we are taking real-world experience and using the technology out there today to harness that.” Chong said.
