This past Thursday, country singer and former winner of American Idol, Carrie Underwood, took a nasty tumble on stage while performing a concert in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The accident took place when Underwood's five-inch stiletto heels caught on the back of her long, draped shirt, sending her falling backwards onto the stage while performing her song "Undo It," TMZ reports. Amazingly, the country star continued her song as if nothing had happened. This injury follows just shortly after Underwood's husband, Mike Fisher, was bitten by a chipmunk. The hockey player was trying to release it back into the wild after it had snuck into their home this past Saturday.

Underwood proved to be a good sport about the mishap, later tweeting, "Hey, remember that time in Corpus Christi when that girl busted her butt on stage?! Hilarious. Oh wait, that was me! #klutz" quotes People.
She later followed up with a tweet displaying her new foot brace.
