George Zimmerman has tried to stay out of the public eye after being acquitted in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, but he has not done a good job at it. He was caught speeding for the second time since the trial ended and his wife has reportedly filed for divorce.

Zimmerman, a former Neighborhood Watch member, was first stopped for speeding in Texas in July, just days after he was acquitted. He told the officer that he was carrying a gun and even asked the officer if he recognized him.

Now, the Orlando Sentinel has reported that Zimmerman was pulled over in Lake Mary, Florida on Tuesday. Lake Mary Police Department confirmed that he was caught going 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. He was driving a Honda Ridgeline truck and was wearing a beard. A video of the incident shows that he was polite, but will still be fined $256.

Meanwhile, ABC News is reporting that Shellie Zimmerman has filed for divorce. The two married in 2007 and she told ABC that the trial and media coverage had put pressure on their marriage.

The petition notes that the two “separated on Aug. 13, 2013 and are not presently cohabiting as husband and wife. The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken.”

Shellie reached a plea deal with prosecutors last week in her perjury case. She failed to mention a fund for her husband during a bail hearing before the trail. She was sentenced to a year of probation and 100 hours of community service.
