Kanye West has announced his first solo tour in five years to support Yeezus, his latest album. The tour will feature special guests, including Kendrick Lamar.
West posted the full 23-date tour itinerary on his website today. The tour will kick off in Seattle at the KeyArena on Oct. 19. He’ll then travel to Vancouver for the first of three Canadian dates on Oct. 20. He will also perform in Toronto and Montreal in November.
Other key dates include Los Angeles’ Staples Center on Oct. 26, the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Oct. 25 and the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Nov. 19. He plays Madison Square Garden on Nov. 23. The tour wraps on Dec. 7 at Houston’s Toyota Center.
As The Huffington Post notes, this is the “Black Skinhead” rapper’s first solo tour in five years. He did tour with Jay Z to support Watch The Throne.
The tour should give Yeezus a nice sales boost. Billboard reports that the album went on sale in June, debuting at No. 1 with 327,000 copies.
Tickets go on sale on Friday, Sept. 13.
