Fresh off of debuting the music video for “Roar,” Katy Perry took to Good Morning America to reveal the cover art for her upcoming album, Prism.

Entertainment Wise reports that Perry appeared in Times Square on the Jumbotron to promote her album, slated for release Oct. 22.

The light-inspired album cover shows Perry in a field looking deeply into a camera with a ray of light cutting through.

The 28-year-old beauty also shared the cover on Twiter for those who may have missed her Good Morning America appearance. “If you missed it on the JUMBOTRON on @GMA, here it is - my #PRISM album cover, shot by the wonderful Ryan McGinley!” she wrote.

Perry explained the significance behind Prism to MTV saying, “The reason why I called this record Prism is because I actually finally let the light in and then I was able to create all these songs that were inspired by letting the light in and doing some self-reflection and just kind of working on myself.”
