Kellogg's has come out with yet another 100 calorie treat! Each individual package from the box contains two crisps, which is the serving size. They are ready to be eaten as-is and while they look like a delicate toaster pastry, the label reminds one not to toast it! This crisp has a drizzle of frosting across the top and the filling is peeking out of the tiny slits in the top. The bottom is where the name "crisps" comes from, since it has a firmer texture than the top. These little treats are pretty enough to serve to company with tea, but also sturdy enough for the trip to the office. With only 1 gram of saturated fat and 80 mg of sodium, this 100 calorie snack is virtually guilt free. I only tried the strawberry variety, but look forward to the others that are available, which are blueberry, chocolate, brown sugar cinnamon, berry streusel, cookies and créme, and chocolatey caramel. They have just the right about of that "something" one needs at coffee or tea break to get their system through to lunch. I give them a sincere two thumbs up!
