Kwlly Clarkson and Maroon 5's concert in Washington has been cancelled due to dangerous storm conditions.
MSN reports that the duo had to cancel Saturday nights show of the 12 Annual Honda Civic Tour, due to rain and strong wind.
The performance would have taken place in The Gorge Amphitheatre, which is an outdoor venue. Seats were cancelled last minute and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine took the stage to apologize to fans. He also went to Twitter to apologize.
I'm so sorry we had to cancel tonight guys. We will make it up to you. We had to take safety into account. We hope you understand. 🙁

Rozzi Crane was also set to perform that night with Clarkson and Maroon 5. They too went to Twitter to apologize to fans.
So sorry to everyone at the Gorge tonight. I loved playing for you all but it was reallll windy up there. M5 & Kelly will make it up to you!

"I think the live outdoor kind of summer vibe is always different than the indoor arena tour because there's less emphasis on production and more on live music," Adam Levine said in an interview with Associated Press. "It's kind of the purist form of a tour 'cause there's not too many bells and whistles."
However, they didn't count on rain and heavy wind.
The Honda Civic Tour ends Oct. 5.
