Lady Gaga responded to rumors regarding a collaboration between her and R&B singer Rihanna.
Huffington Post reports that in an interview with Los Angeles' KISS-FM, Gaga responded to a fan's question asking if the collaboration was true.
"Well, no, that's not true. But, I mean, it's a rumor, I guess," Gaga said. "I mean, I like Rihanna. Rihanna's wonderful, and I always like hanging out with her when I see her."
The rumor started when Rihanna tweeted:
Just left the studio... Recorded a #monster hook for one of my favorite artists! And that's all I can give you... #NavyShit
— Rihanna (@rihanna) September 11, 2013
Fans assumed the '#monster' was in relation to Gaga.
However, Gaga has also collaborated with 87-year-old jazz singing icon Tony Bennett. The album will be available January of next year.
"It is a very sensational jazz album with great jazz artists on it, it came out wonderful," Bennett told Capital FM.
"[Gaga's] the Picasso of the entertainment world. She’s a very talented person," he added.
Gaga may be trying to mislead fans in order to keep it a surprise. We will have to wait for the album to see.
Gaga's album Artpop is set to release in November 11.
