For all you Hip Hop fans that are as excited for Lil Boosie to finally return home, don’t want to get your hopes up too much. The rapper whose real name is Torrence Hatch has been behind bars for a couple of years now after he was indicted on a first degree murder charge in 2010 while already incarcerated for violating his probation. Then he was charged in 2011 for conspiring to smuggle drugs into disciplinary facilities in Louisiana. Although there is no official date, attorneys announced that the Louisiana rapper could be coming home in about 5 months.
According to HotNewHipHop Jeff Weiss, who is a journalist that has been following the trial announced that Lil Boosie should be released from prison in no longer than 5 months.
Just got word that judges have agreed to give back Boosie's hard drives and computers. It means a whole lot of new Boosie music coming soon.

RapBasement reports that Lil Boosie was sentenced to eight years in state prison for pleading guilty to drug charges, from an attempt to get codeine, ecstasy and marijuana into jail.
He may have spent eight years in prison but the court found him not guilty of first degree murder.
It’s good that we finally get to see Lil Boosie again. Maybe we’ll get some new mixtapes out or an album in the near future.
