Miley Cyrus has finally earned her first No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart thanks to “Wrecking Ball,” which has been an enormous success thanks to the much-talked about video.

Billboard said today that the track has rocketed from a No. 22 debut to the top of the chart since the video, in which she sits on a wrecking ball in the nude, was released. Her previous high mark was No. 2 for the tracks “Party in the U.S.A.” and “We Can’t Stop.”

The video for “Wrecking Ball” broke Vevo’s record for for most views in a single 24-hour period with 19.3 million on its first day. On YouTube, it is already up to 120.3 million views.

E! News notes that it is also No. 1 on Spotify with 2.5 million streams in the U.S. alone.

Cyrus was certainly happy about the track’s success, boasting about it on Twitter.

“Wrecking Ball” will appear on Cyrus’ new album, Bangerz, due out on Oct. 8.
