Cannes film festival Palme d'Or winner Blue is the Warmest Color has finally received a U.S. trailer.

The hyped film finally has a trailer, one that is wordless and employs the use of quick cuts of various scenes, The Hollywood Reporter notes.

As dream-pop band Beach House sing throughout the trailer, the two main characters are shown gazing at each other, in different relationships, one of them getting slapped, and everything else that happens in a love story.

When the movie was shown at Cannes, jury president Steven Spielberg said the movie was "magnificent," and "We were under the spell of the film and its wonderful actresses."

As previously reported, the French drama received an NC-17 rating, for "explicit sexual content." Not exactly surprising when the movie has a lengthy sex scene.

An NC-17 rating is often considered a death sentence for a movie since some theaters won't want to touch it since it won't offer large weekend receipts.

Blue is the Warmest Color is out in select theaters Oct. 25.
