Singers Taylor Swift and Jennifer Lopez are collaborating together on a new song. The ladies plan to record the song for Lopez’s upcoming album, which is set to be released in November.

Swift and Lopez finalized their plan after singing together on August 25 at L.A. Staples Center. Lopez and Swift sang a duet of Lopez’s old school song from 2002 “Jenny From the Block,” according to NY Daily News. The appearance was part of Swift’s Red Tour.

The 23-year-old and 44-year-old are both big fans of each other. After sharing a stage together, Swift tweeted:

Similarly, Lopez tweeted:

As well as their upcoming collaboration, both singers are very busy with their careers. Lopez is set to return to American Idol, as well as putting the last few touches on her upcoming album, which already has a single, “On the Floor” out, according to US Magazine. While finishing up her Red Tour, Swift is also planning her next album, which will have a completely new sound.

The two starlets will still find time to hit the studio together. We can’t wait to hear what they have in store!
