This red band trailer is a couple of weeks old, but after re-watching it a few times, it's definitely worth revisiting. Set for release next summer, Neighbors is the latest comedy from the Judd Apatow camp of hilariousness. The film follows a a pretty basic plot: new parents move into a house, only to find out that their new neighbors are a bunch of wild frat guys, kind of a reverse situation from Old School.

The film stars Seth Rogen (This is the End) and Rose Byrne (Bridesmaids) as the parents who have to contend with the frat next door. Zac Efron (17 Again) leads the group of frat brothers that tries to take the block back over from Rogen's character. The two seem to get into a bit of a turf war, as the trailer shows that their lifestyles just don't seem to get along.

Much like all the other Apatow productions, this one has a great supporting cast as well. Featured prominently in the trailer are Dave Franco (Now You See Me) and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Kick-Ass 2), both very capable of stealing every scene their in. Also set to appear in the film are Jake Johnson (New Girl), Carla Gallo (Superbad), Lisa Kudrow (Friends) and Jason Mantzoukas (The League). Neighbors is being directed by Nicholas Stoller, who burst onto the scene with Forgetting Sarah Marshall, then followed that up with a couple solid flicks, including Get Him to the Greek and The Five Year Engagement.

Neighbors is set to be released on May 9, 2014.
