Pop sensation Anastacia was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time in February of this year, and she is now recovering from a double mastectomy.
According to the Daily News, Anastacia revealed that she has almost completely recovered after the surgery.
"I was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time earlier this year and am currently in the final stages of recovery after undergoing a double mastectomy," the singer-songwriter said, "It has been an intense journey but I am feeling great and ready to start the next chapter."

The star has been speaking out about her illness as a means to help raise awareness. She said, “Early detection has saved my life twice. I will continue to battle and lend my voice in anyway I can."
In February, Anastacia canceled her European tour when she found out the news that her breast cancer had resurfaced. She can easily bounce back, however. After all, when she was fully recovered the first time, she came back with the 2004 album Anastacia.
