Britney Spears admits in an interview that she still feels pressure to be sexualized in her music videos on Thursday.
The New York Daily News reports that Britney, 31, talked on Boston’s The TJ’s Show radio show to talk about her latest music video "Work B**ch." During the interview, the singer said she feels pressure to have things sexualized.
“A lot of sex goes in to what I do. But sometimes I would just like to bring it back to the old days when it was like one outfit through the whole video, and you’re just dancing through the whole video, and there’s not that much sex stuff going on and it’s just about the dance,” she said.
According to Fox News, Spears cut out several parts in the video because it was too risqué. She confesses she is more concerned with her image after becoming a mother.
Spears' manager, Larry Rudolph, would disagree that she is being pressured to do things she is not comfortable with.
“She reviews all creative, and for her 'Work B**ch' video, she discussed toning down some parts in finding a balance of sexy and being a mom.”
Spears has scheduled several Las Vegas concerts beginning in December.
