A Wisconsin man was allegedly seen dangling a child over a railway pass Sunday morning. He was seen wearing clown makeup and police believe he was intoxicated.
The Kenosha News reports that a woman called police after she saw Antonio J. Brown, 33, pulling two children with him into the woods around 2 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived, they found Brown and two children, 13 and 8, who were both in tears and holding each other.
The children said that Brown was their mother’s boyfriend. He wandered home after a Halloween party an hour before and suggested to them that they walk by the train tracks. Since they had done this before, the children didn’t sense anything wrong, but the 13-year-old soon realized that Brown was drunk. The child said that he tried to make him drink alcohol and he threw up.
They became scared during the walk and tried to run, but Brown caught up with them. He picked the 13-year-old off the ground and dangled him over the overpass, telling him, “If you try that again, I'm going to drop you.” He did the same to the younger child, according to court documents.
The children said that later during the ordeal, they did hear a woman ask if they were OK and Brown told them to say that they were.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Brown’s bail was set at $10,000 and he has been charged with two counts each of child abuse and recklessly endangering safety.
