Eminem has released a new single called “Rap God,” a follow-up to “Bezerk.” Both singles are from his highly-anticipated new album Marshall Mathers LP 2.
The rapper delivers his signature explicit lyrics in an unusually fast manner.
Some include, “I'm beginning to feel like a Rap God, Rap God, all my people from the front to the back nod,” and “To meet Run DMC and induct them into the motherf**kin' Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame, even though I walk in the church and burst in a ball of flames/Only Hall of Fame I be inducted in is the alcohol of fame on the wall of shame.”
New York Post notes his new album is available on Nov. 5. He released the tracklist last week, revealing there are collaborations with Rihanna, Skylar Grey, Kendrick Lamar, and fun.'s Nate Ruess on the album.
