Fox Sports reporter Erin Andrews has been accused of having Justin Bieber on the brain at the end of game two of the MLB American League Championship series.
After the Boston Red Sox celebrated their 1-0 victory over the Detroit Tigers, Andrews spoke with Red Sox hitter Mike Napoli, who blasted the only run in the game. While asking him about hitting a home run of Justin Verlander, one of the most dominant pitchers in the game, it appears that Andrews began to say “Justin Bieber” instead of “Justin Verlander.”
While she did correct herself, Andrews was still blasted for being a Belieber on Twitter. She had to take to the social media site to tell everyone that this is not the case. One person asked her, “Did you almost say Justin Bieber instead of Verlander in post game interview?” She replied, “My lord..people are unreal.”
In another tweet, she wrote, “If u really think I have Bieber on my mind, then u are soooooo right #sarcasm.”
My lord..people are unreal RT @NDisch: “@pvdj: @ErinAndrews did you almost say Justin Bieber instead of Verlander in post game interview?”

Andrews also had to respond to another mistake, sicne someone called her out for referring to Tigers manager Jim Leyland as “Joe.” “Ya...corrected myself on air..joe buck, joe west..it happens,” she replied.

Andrews has been one of Fox Sports’ on-field reporters during the ALCS. Fox is also broadcasting the World Series, so she better keep her mistakes to a minimum or Twitter will be on her back. At least it proves that people are watching baseball.
