One person was killed and at least 12 injured after a running gun battle broke out at a motorcycle club’s annual dance in Fresno, California early Saturday.

About 500 bikers and motorcycle clubs from all over California attended the annual dance at the Soul Brothers clubhouse when the shooting broke out between two gang rivalries.

According to Fresno Bee, the shooting started inside the club and then turned into a running gun fight outside. Several injured victims were found inside the club and one outside on the street.

The one man that was killed was identified as 18-year-old Dejuan Gladney. Daily Freeman reports that authorities have investigated hundreds of people but have not yet found a suspect for the murder.

Those injured in the gun battle were rushed to Community Regional Medical Center to be treated. Authorities say the injuries range from minor to very serious, but have not yet released the names of those wounded.

Residents of the neighborhood say gang issues and violence are not infrequent in the area.
