Jay-Z and Beyoncé have been on the look out for a new nanny for their baby Blue Ivy Carter. With some advice from their friend Gwyneth Paltrow, they are in search for the perfect nanny.

National Ledger reported that the famous couple want to hire a French speaking nanny to take care of their 18-month old daughter Blue Ivy.

The couple is going to be extremely selective on who the nanny is and besides speaking fluent French, they have to be willing to travel around the world as a family. Blue Ivy was rumored to be conceived in France and that could also be a huge factor, seeing that Jay-Z and Beyoncé like to travel to Europe a lot. Beyoncé’s nephew is a French speaker and has a French father.

The Sun newspaper was told that the couple have been advertising for a nanny who would love to travel around the world with them.

In an interview with Vanity Fair Jay-Z admits that his daughter Blue Ivy is also his biggest fan. The editor Lisa Robinson claims in the November issue that even though Beyoncé thinks Blue Ivy likes her husband’s music more than hers, Jay-Z doesn’t necessarily agree.

Jay-Z says, “That’s not true. She does like her mother’s music—she watches [Beyoncé’s concerts] on the computer every night. But my album came out and I don’t know if Blue ever heard any of my music prior to this album—she’s only 18 months old and I don’t play my music around the house. But this album was new, so we played it. And she loves all the songs. She plays a song and she goes, ‘More, Daddy, more . . . Daddy song.’ She’s my biggest fan. If no one bought the Magna Carta [album], the fact that she loves it so much, it gives me the greatest joy. And that’s not like a cliché. I’m really serious. Just to see her—‘Daddy song, more, Daddy.’ She’s genuine, she’s honest, because she doesn’t know it makes me happy. She just wants to hear it.”

It would be ideal if the nanny is a big fan of Jay-Z’s music as well and will be ready to take on the challenge of being responsible for the most famous kid on earth.
