Justin Bieber has released his new single “Heartbreaker” after teasing it on Twitter for some time. It’s the first song that has been released under his Music Mondays promotion, where he will release a new song at the start of every week for ten weeks.
He has taken to Twitter to talk about it with fans:

Bieber also explained what the song is about on Twitter, writing, “It's a song for people going through heartbreak—like I was when I wrote it. It means so much to me to be able to share what I was, and still am, going through, with my fans. I'm very proud of this song and I hope it gives my fans some insight into my heart,” E! Online reports.
He’s referring to his break-up with Selena Gomez, who he dated on and off for a few years. They broke up early this year but continue to make appearances on social media together every so often. Judging by her new song “Already Missing You” with Prince Royce, she might be feeling the same way.
