Reality star and fashion designer Lauren Conrad, 27, is now engaged. Her 33-year-old boyfriend William Tell, a musician and law student, popped the question over Columbus Day weekend.
Conrad broke the big news on her blog Sunday, telling fans that she and Tell are overwhelmed by all the warm wishes. Her followers should also get ready for a lot more wedding content.
The former Hills star has kept her relationship quite private and is rarely seen with her leading man in public. Tell is a former member of the band Something Corporate. The couple has been dating since 2012.
Just a few weeks ago, Lauren posted a picture of themselves on Instagram, saying:
“Just looked at the calendar and realized it was a year and a half ago today that I met this guy….And I sure am glad I did.”
Both Doug Reinhardt and Jason Wahler, Conrad's TV exes, got engaged earlier this year.
Lauren told People, “You don't want a slob, but you don't want a guy who is constantly borrowing your tweezers. ... The last year and a half, I was dating a lot, and it's slim pickings."
According to Glamour, Lauren has been busy releasing and designing clothes for her Paper Crown collection.
