When Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World opens next month, you won’t have to stick around to the end credits to see a preview of the next Marvel movie. Five minutes of Captain America: The Winter Soldier will be shown before select screenings of The Dark World.
Fandango said today that around five minutes of The Winter Soldier will be shown in 3D before 3D screenings of The Dark World, which opens on Nov. 8.
“After Marvel’s The Avengers, the Marvel films are more interwoven than ever, and this pairing is the perfect complement to both of the new movies,” Dave Hollis, executive vice president, theatrical distribution, at Walt Disney Studios, told Fandango. “Thor: The Dark World is going to be an exceptional theatergoing experience, and this sneak peek will really rev fans up for the return of not only the Mighty Avenger but the First Avenger as well.”
The news comes just days after the first full trailer of The Winter Soldier debuted. The film is directed by brothers Anthony and Joe Russo and stars Chris Evans as Captain America again. Anthony Mackie joins the cast as the Falcon.
The Winter Soldier opens on April 4, 2014. While you wait for the full film and the Dark World teaser, you can catch the trailer below.
