One Direction clearly has a lot to celebrate but did they just create their own holiday? It seems so, as the boy band formed by Simon Cowell has declared that two days before their album Midnight Memories will be called 1D Day.

The live stream on Nov. 23 will be a special event that the band is putting on for fans with the help of some celebrity guests. In the announcement, they said this is their way of thanking their loyal fans.

“A few months ago we decided that we wanted to give back something to all the fans who supported us," Harry Styles says in the video, MTV News reports.

Liam Payne added, “We had such an amazing three years and we couldn't have done it without you guys. So we put all our heads together and came up with the idea of 1D Day."

The band will end their Take Me Home Tour in Tokyo next month, and they will head out on the road again in April for their Where We Are Tour.
