Hayley Williams and the boys of Paramore are ready to take North America by storm with their pop punk rock inspired music. Tuesday night, Paramore kicked off their tour in Seattle’s KeyArena.
According to Rolling Stone , this is the largest both in scale and size tour that Paramore has put together.
Williams is pulling from a variety of inspirations for this tour, including Freddie Mercury and South American fans USA Today added. Williams detailed that fans in South America really interacted with the live performance and added their own elements, including blowing up balloons and throwing chalk in the air. Williams plans on bringing that interaction to the United States.
The tour and music of Paramore has advanced since their early debut, including more focus on Williams’s vocals and instrumentals. The tour will be making stops in Florida, New York, New Jersey and Texas.
