Rapper Daz Dillinger delivered a cease and desist letter to the makers of the game Grand Theft Auto V after they used his songs without permission.

According to TMZ, the game's creators, Take-Two Interactive Software and Rockstar Games, offered the rapper only $4,271 to use his songs “C-Walk” and “Nothin' but the Cavi Hit.” When Dillinger refused the outrageously low price, the game used the songs anyway.

Now, Dillinger says that the game makers better make him an acceptable offer or he will recall all unsold copies of GTA V.

AllHipHop.com reports that the game brought in an impressive $800 million within the first day of its release, and has since climbed to over $1 billion in sales for more than 15 million copies of the game. Stopping production and sale of the game would be a huge blow to the two gaming companies.

Dillinger told TMZ that his cease and desist letter is about "respecting an artist's work. Rockstar didn't do that here and I can't let them get away with it."

Take-Two Interactive Software and Rockstar Games were given two weeks to give Dillinger a better offer before the rapper and his lawyers take action.
