Los Angeles psychedelic rock ‘n’ roll, country infused band, SPINDRIFT has released their latest album Ghost of the West. The record was inspired by a trip the group took back in 2012, a five week self guided tour of America’s western ghost towns. Ghost of the West is unique, different and will catch audiences off guard.

The sound that SPINDRIFT has created is aggressive and unlike most music on the airwaves currently. Their sound combines psychedelic rock influences with a classic country twist. The band also plays instruments live.

This sound is something that will be very unique to fans of the music that is currently found on the Billboard 200 or Top 40 radio but the change is refreshing. It reminds the listening audience that experimentation and going beyond music stereotypes is still an important part of the creative process.

The music of SPINDRIFT might not be for everyone, but it does provide a unique twist on a very out-of-the box genre.

Stand out tracks on the album include, “Wanderers Of The Wasteland,” “Gunfighter,” and “The Ballad Of Paladin.”

SPINDRIFT has just announced a 20-city U.S. tour. Stops on the tour include, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Austin, Washington D.C., and New Orleans.
