Willie Nelson is working on another memoir, although this one promises to be an even more detailed account of the country legend’s life.
Publisher Little, Brown and Company said today that it has secured a deal to release the book in 2015, reports Billboard. The new book is currently untitled.
Nelson has written several books in the past, but Little, Brown is describing the new one as “he unvarnished, complete and tremendous story” of the “On The Road Again” singer’s life. As the New York Times notes, Nelson wrote an autobiography in 1988, titled Willie. He also published a record of his travels in Roll Me Up and Smoke Me When I Die.
In the new book, Nelson will also cover meetings with music legends like Ray Charles, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard and others.
Nelson, 80, recently released a new album titled To All The Girls, which features duets with Dolly Parton, Norah Jones, Miranda Lambert and others.
Hopefully, the new memoir includes a detailed account of last month’s stuffed armadillo incident.
