Alec Baldwin was in court today to testify against the woman that is accused of stalking him. The woman, Genevieve Sabourin, ended up in a jail cell after being held in contempt of court for her outbursts in the courtroom.

According to The New York Daily News, Sabourin has been charged with 23 counts of harassment and a single charge of stalking. She is accused for sending at least 100 emails and texts, but also of showing up at his home --The Porterville Recorder. At one point during Baldwin’s testimony against the woman, Sabourin continually heckled and yelled at the actor. The judge repeatedly admonished her, but she refused to listen. At that point, she was told that she was going to have to spend 30 days in jail for her antics.

Baldwin broke down on the stand and cried when discussing how Sabourin showing up at his home ruined the day of his engagement to his now wife, Hilaria Baldwin. Alec Baldwin is the former star of the TV show 30 Rock and has starred in numerous successful movies.
