Charlie Hunnam is commenting on his replacement, Jamie Dornan, for the role of Christian Grey in Fifty Shades of Grey. He dropped out last month and the former Calvin Klein model was announced as his replacement just about a week later.

Hunnam cited a grueling work schedule for his reason for dropping out of the film, leaving author E.L. James and director Sam Taylor-Johnson scrambling to cast the lead part opposite Dakota Johnson.

“I'm sure he'll do a great job. I don't really know his work, but I know [director Sam Taylor-Johnson] is amazing, and she has fantastic taste, soI'm sure he'll do a great job,” Hunnam told TMZ.

Hunnam has also talked about dropping out of the movie due to a death in his family.

"I am just really concentrating on work. It's been a really busy time," he told E!. "I have had some family stuff going on so just trying to stay focused and stay positive and keep trying to do a good job at work and be with my family and stay positive."

Dornan opened up about the role to EW recently, saying, “I certainly don’t fear it.”
