Christine McVie is saying she would love to reunite with Fleetwood Mac and if they asked her to tour with them, she would say yes.

McVie quit the band, which consists of Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie, in 1998 after 28 years with them.

Entertainmentwise notes she did reunite with them on stage at London’s O2 Arena for “Don’t Stop” in September but she says they haven’t formally asked her to tour with them again.

"I like being with the band, the whole idea of playing music with them," she told The Guardian. "I miss them all. If they were to ask me I would probably be very delighted … but it hasn't happened so we'll have to wait and see."

McVie also said it took her 15 years to realize that her “delusion” of becoming an “English country girl” just wasn’t for her. She’s been a recluse since she quit, living in a 17th century mansion in Kent, England.

Her ex-husband, John, was diagnosed with cancer, which led Fleetwood Mac’s current tour to be cancelled.
