The latest news out of Fifty Shades of Grey is that Max Martini has been cast in the role of a bodyguard for the film.
Martini, who was recently seen in Pacific Rim and Captain Phillips, will play the role of Jason Taylor, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Taylor is Christian Grey's (played by Jamie Dornan) head of security.
The latest casting follows the news that came out on Friday that Eloise Mumford joined the group. Mumford plays Anastasia Steele's (played by Dakota Johnson) roommate Kate Kavanagh.
Other recent additions to the cast, which seems nearly filled out now, include Luke Grimes and Jennifer Ehle. The movie is gearing up to begin production starting in December
Last week, Mark Wahlberg admitted that he wanted to produce the adaptation of E.L. James' bestselling book, but ultimately lost out. As he was in early negotiations with the author, she got an agent and a bidding war broke out. He said, "We lost out on an opportunity."
Though Wahlberg was interested in producing the movie, he insists that he never would have appeared in the movie.
